3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.
  • We do not refund or replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • We do not offer refunds at this time.
  • Exchanges are accepted for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for store credit or an item exchange.
  • Custom-made items, pre-orders, sale items, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

5. RETURNS ON FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at dreamers.rebels.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed defective.
  • This policy does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

6. CUSTOM-MADE & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Custom-made and pre-order items are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
  • Production and shipping times vary. Please check product descriptions for details.
  • If you have concerns about sizing, please contact us before placing an order.

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors, fabrics, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade craftsmanship.
  • As many of our items are handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations are not considered defects.
