Returns & Exchanges

At Dreamers Rebels, we put care into every piece we create. Many of our items are custom-made, handcrafted, or produced in limited quantities, which means we cannot offer refunds at this time.

EXCHANGES

• We accept exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for either an item exchange or store credit.
• Exchanges are limited to one per transaction.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to exchanges.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

• All sale items (including flash sale items) and final sale cannot be exchanged.
• Pre-order items are made to order and are non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty.

CUSTOM-MADE & CUSTOM ORDERS

• Due to the nature of custom-made garments, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If you have any concerns regarding sizing before placing an order, feel free to contact us for guidance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable.
• We do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.
