Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase for either an item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to exchanges.
Final Sale Items
All sale items (including flash sale items) and final sale cannot be exchanged. Pre-order items are made to order and are non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty.
Custom-Made & Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom-made garments, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any concerns regarding sizing before placing an order, feel free to contact us for guidance.
