  • We do not refund or replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We do not offer refunds at this time.
  • Exchanges are accepted for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase for store credit or an item exchange.
  • Custom-made items, pre-orders, sale items, and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

5. Returns on Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at dreamers.rebels.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed defective.
  • This policy does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

6. Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items

  • Custom-made and pre-order items are made-to-order and are non-refundable.
